Do you repair roofs, or only replace them?
Both. Not every roof needs to come off. We will tell you honestly whether a repair buys you real years or just kicks the problem down the road, and we will not sell you a replacement you do not need yet.
Will you go over my old shingles, or tear them off?
We tear off down to the decking. Going over old shingles hides the wood underneath, and that is exactly where Pittsburgh's freeze-thaw does its damage. Tearing off lets us inspect and repair the decking before the new system goes on.
Can you do roof work in the winter?
Roofing is our fair-weather work, and through the coldest months the same crew shifts to kitchens and baths. We still handle urgent leaks and storm repairs year round, and we will give you a straight timeline for the season you are calling in.
