R&G has been working Pittsburgh's South Hills since 1999. The model has not changed: the owner quotes the job, the owner's crew does the work, and the phone gets answered after the check clears, which is when you find out what a contractor is really made of.
Read the Google reviews and the same names keep showing up. Bobby. Eric. Dan. Tony. When customers know your crew by first name, it means the same people who flashed the chimney also set the vanity.
